Enchanting 300 year old cosy cottage set in approx. 2 acres of its own grounds, located in the heart of Royal Deeside, a tranquil and peaceful setting, near woods and pine trees. Built in the early 1700's by the owner's forefathers and lived in continuously until 1976 when it was inherited by Jim & Alison.

Holmhead stands in 2 acres of its own land, surrounded by trees and forest. Holmhead is approached off the main A97 via an unmade road used by only one immediate neighbour.

Overview - Two bedrooms - Sleeps 4 max, kitchen diner with open fire, alternative electric heating, shower room with electric shower, lounge room with wood burning stove. Linen included (supply your own towels) and dogs accommodated by arrangement. In 2012 it was refurbished to a high standard.
